Customer Care Associate (Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and English)

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and providing accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers regarding their orders, delivery updates, and addressing any additional queries or issues.
• Engage in live chat conversations with customers on our website, providing real- time assistance, answering questions, and resolving concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, ensuring timely and comprehensive resolution while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
• Manage and respond to customer queries and comments on social media platforms, maintaining a positive brand image and providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product line, features, and benefits to address customer needs effectively and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding when dealing with customer complaints or difficult situations, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences and provide feedback on customer trends and pain points.
