Job Description: Senior Human Resources Executive

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team and contribute to the firms growth by building and nurturing a motivated, skilled, and engaged workforce.


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and workforce planning.

2. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Foster a positive work environment by planning and executing employee engagement programs.
  • Develop strategies to retain high-performing employees and reduce turnover.
  • Conduct periodic employee satisfaction surveys and implement feedback.

3. Performance Management

  • Design and oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring fairness and transparency.
  • Collaborate with managers to set performance goals and provide coaching to employees.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend relevant training programs for continuous employee development.

4. Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure the firm complies with labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Draft, update, and implement HR policies and the employee handbook.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.

5. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Oversee payroll processing in coordination with the finance team.
  • Manage employee benefits, including leave, insurance, and other welfare programs.
  • Provide assistance to employees with queries related to compensation or benefits.

6. Learning & Development

  • Plan and coordinate training programs tailored to the needs of CA professionals.
  • Promote knowledge-sharing initiatives to build a culture of continuous learning.
  • Identify and onboard external trainers and consultants, as required.

7. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain HR records and generate reports on key HR metrics, such as attrition and performance trends.
  • Use data insights to support decision-making and strategic workforce planning.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or MBA in HR preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a professional services firm (e.g., CA firm, law firm, consulting firm).
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
