Executive/ Senior Executive - Human Resources ( Plant Level))

• Conducting recruitment process at the unit level.
• Facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
• Handling monthly payroll, Attendance and yearly forms for employees.
• Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus.
• Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.
• Handling Administration activities like Transportation, Security and Canteen.
• Support the team in conducting Meeting and Trainings at Plant level.
• Should have Social Audit compliance experience or any other compliance audit experience.
