Role & responsibilities

The candidate is responsible for growing a strong channel partners network for KDMC market and driving sales through them. Key responsibilities would be to develop channel partners in a designated territory and being accountable for business generated through these channel partners to meet monthly/quarterly/AOP sales targets. The candidate is also responsible for key channel partner engagement initiatives throughout the year & also for generating key product/competition insights from channel partners.

Ensures achievement of sales as per plan as per AOP/ quarterly/ monthly targets

Closes sales deals with customers Proposes schemes to reduce slow moving inventory / facilitate fast movement of inventory

Evaluate partner performance & monitor channel sales

Guide and train partners to accomplish set revenue and business target
