ATL activities
Co-ordinate with content developers for project specific data for the Print (Newspapers/Magazines/Journals) advertisements, Television advertisement , Radio advertising , Outdoors Hoardings, Pole Koisks, Billboards, Posters and Public Relations.
Co-ordinate with various media agencies and ensure timely release of the advertisement
BTL activities
Co-ordinate with Real Estate Exhibitors.
Discuss with the supervisor so as to Participate, provide sponsorship; enter in Partnership with the exhibitors to promote visibility of the project at the event.
Control and co-ordinate timely availability of the Merchandise products.
Coordinate with merchandise vendor, shortlist and get timely delivery of products.
Assist in managing overall marketing spends, help to analyze campaign effectiveness, outline best practices and provide necessary reports to the supervisors on timely basis.
Assist in co-coordinating with various research agencies to get timely research reports pertaining to :
Market research – Demand/Supply, Off-take velocities, product mix determination,
specifications, attractive destinations
Consumer research – Preferences, Lifestyles, Attitudes, Behavioral mapping
Competitive research – Mapping key competitors in terms of their communication
strategy, campaigns, new launches, specifications etc.
Ensure timely availability of the Project Promotion Material like Site Plans / Floor plans, Brochures, Fliers, Project models, Animation, Renders – Elevations, Interiors from the respective vendors.
Ensure timely updation of the website content from the Content Developers in terms of the project data.
Proof read the data and get it signed off from the supervisor
Understand, design and participate in various marketing campaigns
Analyze the data in terms of the traffic and conversions and fine tune the upcoming campaigns accordingly
Co-ordinate and provide relevant inputs regarding how the sample flat should look like, what necessary interiors specification are to be maintained.
Co-ordinate with the projects team regarding the project layout and relevant details and
get the project prototype developed from the vendors
Get approval from Projects Head in close coordination with the supervisor.

Support in initial project promotion
Support in setting up of marketing office

Keeping updated on market and competition and information support for pricing
