Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Communication Specialist with over 7 years of experience to lead and manage business communication initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting clear, engaging, and impactful messaging for diverse audiences, driving effective communication strategies, and enhancing the organization's brand presence. This role demands exceptional verbal and written communication skills, polished presentation abilities, and proficiency in public speaking to address a wide range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communication Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Identify target audiences and tailor messaging to achieve maximum impact and engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to craft messaging for internal and external communications.

2. Verbal and Written Communication:

• Write, edit, and proofread high-quality business documents, including emails, reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Ensure all communications are clear, concise, and aligned with the companys tone and voice.
• Create compelling content for newsletters, blogs, press releases, and social media platforms.

3. Presentation Development and Delivery:

• Design and deliver impactful presentations for various stakeholders, including leadership, clients, and partners.
• Use storytelling techniques and data visualization to convey complex ideas effectively.
• Train team members on presentation best practices to enhance their communication skills.

4. Public Speaking and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Represent the organization in public forums, conferences, and industry events as a speaker or panelist.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance employees' public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective dialogue and trust-building.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, HR, and operations teams to ensure consistency in communication across all channels.
• Act as a communication advisor for key projects, providing guidance on messaging and delivery.
• Facilitate meetings, town halls, and other corporate events to ensure seamless communication flow.

6. Measurement and Continuous Improvement:

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in business communications, public speaking, or a related role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and confidently.
• Proven ability to create engaging content for various channels and audiences.
• Proficiency in communication tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, MS Office Suite, and collaboration platforms like Slack or Teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
