Communication Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies that strengthen the company's corporate image and enhance brand reputation.
• Oversee internal communications through newsletters, announcements, and campaigns to ensure a cohesive and informed workforce.
• Work closely with the cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with strategic business objectives and priorities.
• Draft press releases, speeches, statements and various content for using in public events, conferences, internal gatherings, and digital platforms such as social media and websites.
• Oversee corporate social media channels, ensuring timely and relevant content to engage audiences effectively.
• Track and analyse media coverage, social media presence, and public perception; offer insights and recommendations for enhancing reputation.
• Coordinate with relevant vendors to manage group company websites, ensuring timely updates and alignment with brand objectives.
• Liaise with external vendors and internal teams to ensure the smooth implementation of campaigns and collateral on time.
• Support ATL/BTL campaigns and develop marketing collateral tailored to various industries and verticals.
• Assist in organizing promotional activities, conferences, and events to support the companys outreach and engagement goals.
