Key Responsibilities:

2. Achieving Sales Targets:

4. Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and mentor retail staff to achieve high performance.
• Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure adequate floor coverage.

• Prepare regular sales and inventory reports for senior management.
