4. Retail Store Operation Manager
Job Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Management:
- Supervise and coordinate store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage and support store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Sales and Target Achievement:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analyse sales reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock replenishment.
Customer Service:
- Ensure a high standard of customer service, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
Financial Management:
- Monitor and control store expenses to ensure profitability.
- Prepare and manage store budgets and financial reports.
Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership:
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
- Lead by example and cultivate a high-performance team culture.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion Management, or related field.
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably with a fashion brand.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and financial reporting.
- Ability to analyse sales data and market trends.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Personal Attributes:
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
