Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our retail team and manage day-to-day operations of our store.

- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product displays.
- Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the storebudget.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Sales Marketing:
- Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional activities.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and drive loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions.
- Compliance Safety:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
