Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase online visibility and drive traffic.
• Manage paid advertising (PPC, Google Ads, social media ads) and SEO strategies.
• Optimize email marketing, content marketing, and social media engagement.
2. Online Retail Management:
• Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
3. Customer Analytics and Insights:
• Analyze customer behavior and purchase patterns to identify growth opportunities.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and A/B testing to improve customer retention.
• Develop actionable insights from data to enhance the online shopping experience.
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Track and report key e-commerce metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
5. Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and IT, to ensure alignment.
