Relevant Experience

10 years of relevant sales experience in similar industry includes primarily on the Diesel Engine and other associated solutions like DG Set, Radiator, Gear Box, Transmission etc ( segments would be OEM, Automobile, Minning, Infrastructure and Heavy Machineries )

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Extensive field coverage and occasional cold calling to improve sales.
• Position/Focus/Generate prospects for Caterpillar Diesel engine as prime power and associate BOP to various OEMs in GMMCO territory.
• Initiate technical workshop in the present key accounts and actively managing existing relationships.
• Address the overall market/territories on developing the business prospects
• Create more funnel on the repowering business
• Continues engagement on the prospects and Follow up on the closure of order.
• Relationship Management: Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
• Coordinates the involvement of relevant company personnel to support customer timely expectation.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES

• Achieves assigned sales quota in designated accounts/territory.
• Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
• Completes key OEM account plans that meet company standards.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
• Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

• This position requires extensive travel.
• All prospective employees must pass a background check.
