Role & responsibilities
- Leading the shift of AHP-Operation & Maintenance activities
- Issue & Cancellation of PTW,
- Isolation & Normalization of Equipment
- SAP posting
- Shift Maintenance Planning & Execution (Preventive/ Breakdown/Scheduled),
- Manpower management,
- Spares planning &
- Preparing Shift Reports
- Waste Management
- Carry out RCA against the Breakdown activities
- Ensuring Equipment reliability and
- Ensuring Safety compliance & handling emergency situation during the O&M
Functional Competencies
- Knowledge of Dense phase & Vacuum Conveying system
- Knowledge of Bottom Ash, Fly Ash & AWRS System
- Knowledge of SAP
- Ability of Maintenance Planning
- Ability for Carry our RCA
