Store Manager

Job Summary: The Store Manager for our residential real estate township will oversee all aspects of material management, ensuring efficient operations, minimal waste, and accurate inventory records. This role is essential for maintaining quality standards and supporting construction activities within the township.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain all store-related records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Update material reconciliation regularly to track inventory levels and usage.
• Ensure zero wastage and pilferage of materials through strict adherence to protocols.
• Physically verify all materials received at the site against purchase orders and specifications.
• Manage the stacking and storage of materials in accordance with established norms.
• Raise material indents and oversee the receipt of materials on-site.
• Update the inward and outward material register daily to reflect accurate inventory movement.
• Maintain copies of purchase orders and ensure received materials match specifications.
• Conduct quality measurements for all incoming materials to ensure compliance with standards.
• Regularly check site stock and consumed materials to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Manage gate passes for material movement in and out of the site.
• Proficiently use inventory management software to maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and maintain challans for all transactions related to material management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and comfortable with Windows operating systems. Must have experience with inventory management software.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience: Prior experience in inventory management, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
