Responsible for end to end recruitment process from Entry level till leadership hiring. Also

carried out bulk hiring.

Driven to work, learn and professional development.

An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills,

possess a flexible attitude.

Strong leadership traits with the ability to bring out the best in others while creating

a healthy and friendly work environment.

Working with a vision of demonstrating the success via planning and implementation

of processes with desired results.

• Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  
• Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates to assess their fit for the role.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
