We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring the best talent for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools to source and attract candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and make hiring recommendations to management.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that effectively communicate the job requirements.
