Job Description: Customer Support Executive
Location: Sector 5, Kolkata
Job Type: On-site
CTC: ₹20,000 per month
In-Hand Salary: ₹16,000 per month
Shift: Fixed Day Shifts (for female associates)
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to banking services.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Update customer records and maintain detailed call logs.
Adhere to company policies and protocols for customer interactions..
Preferred candidate profile
Required Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills.
Minimum 6 months of experience in banking customer support.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple customer requests efficiently.
