Globiva - Senior Lead/Solution Architect - Node.js (8-15 yrs)

Job Description :

- Lead a team of 20 to 25 software developers

- Handon experience in micro services, based architecture

- Programming to deliver high quality web applications and Design, develop deploy new applications.

- Responsible for the quality and completeness of assignments, including development, bug fixing, documentation, and general product maintenance.

- Taking technical ownership of project deliveries and ensures own deliveries.

- Demonstrate ability to work within an agile team as well as collaborate with many other teams on design and implementation strategies.

- Follow Agile Development and project management methodology.

- Project planning, timelines and milestones for execution and deliverables.

- Should adhere to delivery schedules.

- Mentor and lead team members to continuously improve quality and productivity of deliverables.

Skillsets Required :

- Strong Hands-on knowledge of Server-Side Scripting language like NodeJS Web Framework.

- End to end knowledge from development to deployment

- Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.

- Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.

- Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements.

- Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.

- Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.

- Strong command over ReactJs and JavaScript ecosystem.

- Deep understanding of relational databases like MySQL is required.

- Understanding of NoSQL would be an added advantage.

- Good understanding of version control tools like Git, Subversion is required.

- Proficient in HTTP protocol, REST APIs, JSON, Proficient in HTML, CSS

- Knowledge of Git and Version Control Systems.

Good To Have :

- Exposure to building CRM based technology solutions in the past.
