JOB PURPOSE Execute sales, marketing and pricing activity as per targets set and guidelines
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure to generate more sales lead, new customer on board, attend corporate tender, develop new sales/trade line, sales visit and prepare report and analysis Achieve Branch Target, Customers visit, customer retention, generate more GP, increase a greater number of direct customers. Ensure branch o/s under agreed credit period Negotiate rate with liners, vendors etc. Develop juniors for next managers, develop team to get more output Proper communication with colleague, customers and all other vendors Compile and monitor approved company sales budgets, marketing Plans for different Trade Lanes/ Services Expansion of the customer spread and new customer creation. Giving advance information about expected bookings. Ensure / Control bookings within weight Allocations on Vessel to Vessel Improve profitability proper mix of equipment and discharge ports Keep updated on competition activities and details Apart from the duties and responsibilities listed above, any other additional duties as advised by the management from time to time.
