We are seeking an Account Based Marketing Manager with extensive experience in the IT Software industry and a proven track record in Account Based Marketing.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving our business growth by developing and executing strategic initiatives to acquire and retain high-value accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies to target and engage key accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector, driving revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive company profiling using online databases, industry reports, news articles, official websites, and social media to gather detailed information about company values, culture, and announcements.
- Implement stakeholder mapping by identifying key stakeholders using LinkedIn, Twitter, and other online tools, along with competitor analysis to gain insights from industry publications and online resources.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Craft and send personalized messages that demonstrate an understanding of specific roles and challenges, utilizing a multichannel approach that includes email, LinkedIn, and social media for building digital rapport.
- Develop customized content such as case studies and whitepapers addressing specific challenges, and employ interactive content like quizzes and surveys to enhance engagement.
- Participate in industry events and webinars to network with key stakeholders and establish a thoughtful follow-up cadence with A/B testing for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive measurement strategy for each targeted account, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response rates, engagement levels, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Maintain detailed business overviews, including company profiling, stakeholder mapping, competitor analysis, and key business initiatives.
- Engaging multiple stakeholders within an account (decision-makers, influencers, end-users) to build consensus and strengthen relationships.
- Leveraging intent data and behavioral analytics to identify high-potential accounts and tailor engagement strategies accordingly.
Skills & Qualifications
- An ideal candidate would possess 6 to 8 years of experience in the IT industry, including a minimum of 4 years in Account Based Marketing.
- Candidate with Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of ABM strategies and techniques.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in establishing and nurturing client relationships.
- Proficient in leveraging ABM tools such as Terminus, Demand base, 6sense, or HubSpot ABM for segmentation, automation, and campaign tracking.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and various sales tools.
- Ability to function both independently and collaboratively within a team.
