Human Resource Intern

Function: Human Resources

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Reporting to: GM - Human Resources

Role & responsibilities:

• Business Partnering - Strategically align structure and people matters in order to facilitate business outcome
• Manpower planning & availability: work with the HRBP and business in identifying and optimising manpower requirements and ensuring manning.
• Performance Management- Assist the performance management system for the site
• Data Analytics: Effective generation and utilisation of data / MIS to facilitate people and business decisions
• Employee Engagement- Suggest, design and implement Employee Engagement initiatives. Ensure such initiatives are as per the Engagement calendar and within the budget. Organize and drive employee connect and involvement platforms.
• Policy Administration- Implementation of existing/new HR policies, procedures and processes. Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Assist HR leadership to ensure effective roll-out of all organization wide HR initiatives.

Educational Qualifications

• MBA in HR, MSW or equivalent Master degree in HR

Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical)

• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent presentation & communication skills both in writing and verbal.
