Human Resource Intern

Location: Ahmedabad
Duration: 3 to 6 Months
Work Mode: [In-Office] Ahmedabad


Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening resumes for open positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and induction programs.
• Help in maintaining and updating employee records and databases.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Support HR operations and administrative tasks as required.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
