Human Resource Intern

Role & responsibilities :

• Assisting in sourcing talent based on the company's requirements
• Assisting & coordinating interviews and other relevant processes
• Assisting in onboarding our new joiners and training them over the joining modules
• Maintaining records and reports as necessary

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent Communication
• Prior experience in TA and proficiency in MS Excel would be an added advantage
• Ability to arrange /schedule and co-ordinate the interviews and interview feedbacks
• Support the statutory & compliance team with data consolidation
