Role & responsibilities :
- Assisting in sourcing talent based on the company's requirements
- Assisting & coordinating interviews and other relevant processes
- Assisting in onboarding our new joiners and training them over the joining modules
- Maintaining records and reports as necessary

- Excellent Communication
- Prior experience in TA and proficiency in MS Excel would be an added advantage
