Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Pune, Kalyani Nagar
Duration: 6 months

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting payroll and compliance processes, focusing on vendor coordination, reconciliation of PF/ESIC cases, and ensuring timely remittance of statutory dues. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with manpower vendors for PF remittance and ensure timely compliance.
• Act on PF reconciliation data and coordinate with vendors for accurate and on-time remittance.
• Reconcile pending PF/ESIC cases and obtain reasons from vendors for any non-remittance on a monthly basis.
• Perform vendor payment reconciliation related to PF pending cases.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, filtering, etc.).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Interest in HR operations and compliance.
