Key Responsibilities:
Job Posting: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract potential candidates.
Calling Candidates: Bulk screening and shortlisting of applications through Phone calls.
Resume Screening: Help review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding their application status and interview details.
Database Management: Support the maintenance of candidate databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate records.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance our processes.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes. Should have good working knowledge in MS Office.
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn and gain hands-on experience in the HR field.
