Job Description

Manage Claims mailbox; including claims uploads andaddress customers inquiries Validate and process price protection, stockadjustment, failure to supply, service level and other claims. Maintain customer s claim logs, navigate customer sportals and download posted invoices. Prepare customer reporting in line with contractualobligations. Review and interpret contract terms to customerclaims across assigned accounts. Organize and stay on top of validation files andpayment data. Perform various Ad-Hoc analyses as needed tosupport other departments. Work closely with Accounts Receivable in clearingoutstanding deductions and discrepancies. Assist in credit/debit applications, claim vs. paymentreconciliations, and provide data to support all disputes. Analyze customer inquiries as needed, includingsales and payment reporting.

Reconcile payment discrepancies against customerclaims and create supporting files for the US team to communicate and resolve allvariances with customers.

All face-to-customer communication will be handledby the commercial team in the US. BA/BS or equivalent work experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

Experience& Skills:

3-5-years experience in commercial finance Knowledgeable in commercial rebate analysis,chargeback processing and basic account skills. Model-N Revenue Management System and SAPexperience.

Knowledge/Skills:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with the abilityto use advanced Excel spreadsheet functions and formulas, and work withlarge data files.

Ability to work independently with a high sense ofurgency to meet deadlines. Interested candidates must possess high ethicalstandards. Ability to comprehend, read/write/communicatefluently in English. Detail-oriented with good analytical skills andmust be flexible to handle changing priorities. Ability to collaborate with all levels ofpersonnel, including senior management and external customers.

Work on US time zone 4:30 PM 12:30 AM IST. Required to travel to US for training purposes, duration 1-2 weeks.
