Executive - Accounts Dept.

We are hiring for Accounts Executive , Kindly find the below JD for reference ;

Role: Sr. Executive / Executive

JD:

• Roles in Settlement of Payables and Claims, commission received from the distributors
• Validation of claims with relevant documents and Process.    
• Post the Credit notes entries in SAP  
• Preparation of MIS for claims settled during the month & YTD and Its analysis and variances
• Co-ordinate with distributors & team members
• Reconciliation of Ledger 
• Travelling with team members at Distributors locations.

Skill:

• Education qualification:  B.Com/MBA/M.Com.
• 3-4 years of work experience in Commercial or Finance Department
• Working experience in Pharma Industry /Depot/ Distributors
• Knowledge of Advance Excel is must with analytical skill
• Good communication skill in English and Hindi
