Role: Settlements Executive

Location: Mumbai (Andheri - Marol)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly collaborative and proactive individual to join our company to manage the settlement and KYC of Fund transfer in settlement team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire claim process of campaigns, ensuring accuracy of documents, identifying suspicious transactions and contesting charge backs. Resolve potential issues, drive operational efficiency and improve customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end settlement process for campaigns running on our platform from initial claim submission to final resolution.
• Maintain and verify KYC of beneficiaries and other documents related to transfers, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Analyzing medical bills to facilitate settlements between medical institutions and the relevant parties.
• To review and evaluate medical bills for accuracy, ensuring efficient and fair settlement processes.
• Ensure timely communications being sent to medical institutions involved in the campaigns for confirmation of fund transfers.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries related to fund transfers, providing exceptional service and support.
• Address and contest disputes and charge backs raised on donations, ensuring fair resolutions.
• Analyse and investigate reconciliation exceptions, such as unreconciled transactions, variances, and errors.
• Root cause analysis of reconciliation exceptions and implement corrective actions to prevent future discrepancies.
• Manage accuracy and integrity of fund disbursements, customer disputes and escalations.
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by management as deemed fit to support overall operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years+ equivalent or related experience in a dynamic environment - Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with cross functional teams.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities to identify process gaps and propose effective solutions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset to contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
