Role & responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Accounting entries - Purchases , Sales , Cash payment , Bank receipt & Payment , Journal entries, TDS Entries, Bill Booking , GSTbooking
• Maintain Purchase & Sales Register, Stock Statement, Investment Register , MF Records
• Should know excel well
• Should Know TALLY, SAP an added advantage
• Data Entry in Tally , SAP
• Assisting in Maintain records of Investments,
• Prepare MIS as per requirement
• Assist in monthly closing process, including revenue accounting, cost deferment and other monthly closing activities;
• Month end reporting;
• Assist in the year-end audit process.
• Bank Co ordination for various activities
• DAILY ACCOUNTING WORK, BANK RECON, UTILITY PAYMENTS

Skills:

• SAP / TALLY Knowledge - Mandatory
• Excel
