Group Product Manager - Cardiology/Diabetology

We are hiring for Group Product Manager - Cardiology/Diabetology at Bangalore Location.

Experience :10+ years in Cardiology/Diabetology Segment in Pharma industry.

Roles & Responsibility:

KRA's:

1. Managing Lipid Portfolio (Avas) of the SBU
2. Responsible for key performance indicators including top-line growth of the brands, market share
3. Collaborating with creative agency (Represent Media) for our corporate initiative I am on Salt Satyagraha
4. Delivering high-quality and timely campaign materials and activities to the field team.
5. Conducting regular analysis of market conditions for the assigned portfolio
6. Track return on investment (ROI) of brand strategies and monitor competitor activities.
7. Creating and implement the Annual Operating Plan for the Avas brand portfolio.
8. Fieldwork to gather insights and support strategic decision making.
9. Collaborate with sales teams and cross-functional partners to gain buy-in and ensure effective execution of strategies.
10. Engage with the sales team through various meetings to drive enthusiasm and motivation.
11. Coordinate with other departments such as medical, training, Purchase, supply chain, and finance.

• Ensuring Stock availability
• Field force training
• Answering field queries & arranging region specific inputs
• Planning & Designing regional activities
• Periodic communication to the field managers on the performance & strategy implementation front.
• Brand performance review
• HCP Engagement follow up
