Credit Validation Analyst

• ManageClaims mailbox; including claims uploads and address customers inquiries
• Validateand process price protection, stock adjustment, failure to supply, servicelevel and other claims.
• Maintaincustomer s claim logs, navigate customer s portals and download posted invoices.
• Preparecustomer reporting in line with contractual obligations.
• Reviewand interpret contact terms to customer claims across assigned accounts.
• Organizeand stay on top of validation files and payment data.
• Performvarious Ad-Hoc analysis as needed to support other departments.
• Workclosely with Accounts Receivable in clearing outstanding deductions anddiscrepancies.
• Assistin credit/debit applications, claim vs. payment reconciliations, provide datato support all disputes.
• Analyzecustomer inquiries as needed, including sales and payment reporting.
• Reconcilepayment discrepancies against customer claims and create supporting files forthe US team to commutate and resolve all variances with customers.
• Allface-to-customer communication will be handled by the commercial team in theUS.

• 3-5-years experience in commercial finance
• Knowledgeableof commercial rebate analysis, chargebacks processing and basic account skills.
• Model-NRevenue Management System and SAP experience.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Workingknowledge of Microsoft Office with ability to use advanced Excel spreadsheetfunctions and formulas, and working with large data files.
• Abilityto work independently with a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
• Interestedcandidates must possess high ethical standards.
• Abilityto comprehend, read/write/communicate fluently in English.
• Detailoriented with good analytical skills and must be flexible to handle changingpriorities.
• Ability tocollaborate with all levels of personnel, including senior management andexternal customers.
• Workon US time zone 6:00 AM 2:00 PM EST. Required to travel to US for trainingpurposes, duration 1-2 weeks.
