Experience: More than 5 years of relevant IT experience and Project Management

Skills: Project planning, implementation, testing for Internet, MPLS, SDWAN and Voice Project- Avaya , Genesys, Cloud technologies- Azure, AW, Excel, PPT, Visio, Ms Project plan and project management tools. Experience in handling Global clients- US, UK, AUS, ME, APAC. Should be experienced in day-to-day IT Infrastructure including various Operating systems like Win10. Should have basic knowledge various servers & server roles. Knowledge and understanding of LAN infrastructure (switches/firewall/ routers). Should be having understanding on ITIL framework (IT reporting metrics/MIS) and create different reports as per the framework. Attend to service requests and incidents, Analyze the root cause and provide solutions to meet the defined SLA target and avoid repeated incidents. Incident handling Experience - system and network related issues. Thorough knowledge on different tools used for capacity management, availability managements. Experience in Asset management & IT Supplier Management. Should be flexible to work in different shift timings and coordinate with different teams across geographies. Should be knowledge in handling various IT audits PCI DSS, ISO etc. Prince2, PMP will be added advantage
