The NKAM is the Account Lead for a strategic Online Account. He/She leads relationships with strategically important ecommerce portals like Flipkart / Amazon. The NKAM is responsible for achieving the sales target of the assigned strategic accounts. He/She is also responsible for leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers' needs and expectations are met by the company.
Account Facing:
1. Relationship management with category team at Flipkart/Amazon and the Seller
2. Monthly - Quarterly biz plan alignment
3. Seller alignment on biz plan, working capital & credit management
4. Monitoring of SCM KPIs like fill rates, selection, geography replication, etc
5. Account level fin-ops management
6. Strengthen hygiene rules to minimize CI
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue biz goals (share, sellin, sellout, AP1 accuracy, WOS)
2. Ensure that AP1, sellout forecast input for rolling 12 weeks prepared by KAMs is reflected in GSCM
3. Prepare weekly AP2 forecast in consultation with the SOP team
4. Ensure right availability of stocks in consensus meeting along with offline & online SOP teams
5. Lead team of KAMs based to manage sales operations
6. Ensure zero block days for all account based on credit limit, credit days and internal hygiene guidelines
7. Network with online PM, SOP, offline PM, finance, legal and other key cross functional internal stake holders
8. Implement new / offline differentiated sell out enablers at Flipkart by getting requisite internal approvals.
Other requirements:
- Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts. Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management. Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards. Maintains updated Presentations meeting Client & Company Standards & lead presentations, Meetings & negotiations in these accounts
- Maintain required Agreements (Supply, Service, etc); Prepare the required Management reports for the Strategic Accounts. Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame Has handled sales in large set ups/has managed large key accounts
Educational Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years and 5+ years of experience in ecommerce sales
- Intelligent- passionate & motivated with high energy levels - ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A positive thinker, self-driven, results orientated individual with clear focus on retail operations
- A natural forward planner who is able to critically asses own performance & on-going of the operations function
- A mature and credible professional who is comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders in a complex organizational culture
- Someone with empathy who is reliable, tolerant and determined
- Someone who relishes accountability and ownership of challenging targets
- Values team and input and collaboration in working towards a company goal/target
- Resilience: this is a challenging role. It requires tenacity, positivity and a clear head under pressure there will be many different projects underway and you need to keep your head in sometimes fast paced meetings
- Collaborative: the ability to build a network, understand different points of view, overcome objections, deliver a vision, a plan and then make it happen by working with and through others
- Experience of navigating and delivering in a large, matrix multi-national organization
