Main Purpose of Job :
As a Key Accounts Manager - E Commerce, you will be accountable for building and nurturing strong relationships with key e-commerce partners and clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving mutual growth. You will coordinate with various internal departments to deliver solutions that meet client needs and exceed their expectations
Key Outputs:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key e-commerce accounts.
- Drive sales growth and achieve yearly revenue targets for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on customer requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Create strategic account plans to maximize business opportunities.
- Monitor and report on the performance of key accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development.
Key Experiences: What experiences are key to success in this job?
- 2 year MBS program from an institute of repute.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategic insights.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
