Key Account Manager - eCommerce/Home & Kitchen Appliances (5-15 yrs)

Role: National KAM Ecommerce

Location: NCR

Industry: Home and kitchen appliances

Must: Required Ecommerce/Key accounts management Exp into Either Water RO or Mattress or White goods/large appliances/Kitchen appliances/Home appliances.

Experience required:

- This role would manage the ecommerce Sales

- Driving Pan-India business of one or more E-Commerce Key accounts.

- Execution of Business plan for the channel.

- Ensure availability of stock across the warehouses of E-commerce partners in co-ordination with the Product Supply team and the respective Branch Commercial Teams.

- Track - Fill - Rate- of orders and maintain a healthy Fill-Rate.

- Drive Brand Visibility across the major E-Commerce platforms through Brand Stores (exclusive web-page on e-commerce site), display banners etc.

- Ensure timely payment collections from trade partners, linking and reconciliation.

- Timely product delivery to end consumer (wherever applicable) and resolve any issues which may arise due to - No Stock- or other delivery issues like - Product Damages.
