The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product strategy, development, and execution for our portfolio of home appliances. Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy Development:

- Define the overall product vision and strategy for our home appliances line.

- Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and competitor activity to inform product positioning and roadmap.

Product Lifecycle Management:

- Lead all phases of the product lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and post-launch performance evaluation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to ensure successful product delivery.

Consumer Insights:

- Conduct market research and gather voice of customer insights to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements.

- Utilize customer feedback and data analytics to improve existing products and inform future development.

Project Management:

- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely product launches.

- Communicate project status to stakeholders and proactively address any issues that may arise.

Performance Analysis:

- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and sales data post-launch to assess success and iterate on product offerings.

- Develop and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, promotional materials, and training for sales teams.

- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ensure product specifications meet market requirements and consumer expectations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in the home appliances or consumer electronics sector.

- Strong understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management.

- Proven ability to execute market research and translate insights into actionable product strategies.

- Excellent project management skills with a track record of launching successful products on time and within budget.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to utilize data to drive product decisions.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
