D2C Head - Smart Home Automation/Small Appliances/Consumer Products (7-12 yrs)

- This role focuses on driving revenue growth and operational excellence while ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Ownership :

- Take full ownership of the D2C P&L, ensuring revenue growth and profitability across website and inside sales operations.

- Set ambitious goals for sales growth, lead conversions, and customer satisfaction, monitoring and optimizing performance metrics.

Product Leadership :

- Drive the product vision and strategy for the D2C website, identifying user needs and defining product constructs and user journeys.

Experience :

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Business/Category/Revenue/Product Management, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce setting.

- Proven track record in managing P&L and driving business outcomes.

Exposure to product management - driving product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution, with a clear understanding of business outcomes.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data to optimize product performance and operational workflows.
