Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic D2C Growth Head to lead the entire D2C and eCommerce business vertical. The role will hold complete P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth, digital expansion, and customer experience for Kingdom of White across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and drive the P&L for D2C and eCommerce channels, including the brand's website and marketplaces.
- Develop and execute comprehensive D2C growth strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition targets.
- Build and scale the brand's digital presence through performance marketing, SEO, CRM, and retention strategies.
- Oversee end-to-end eCommerce operations, including product cataloging, inventory management, pricing strategies, logistics, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Design, Tech, Supply Chain) to align digital campaigns with the brand's vision and business objectives.
- Identify, onboard, and manage key marketplace partnerships (Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, Tata Cliq, etc.) to maximize sales and brand visibility.
- Lead data-driven decision-making by leveraging analytics, customer insights, and market trends.
- Own the customer journey across all digital touchpoints, ensuring seamless user experience and conversion optimization.
- Spearhead CRM, loyalty programs, and personalized marketing initiatives to drive customer retention and LTV.
- Manage the eCommerce tech stack to enable scalable and efficient online operations.
- Innovate and implement strategies for omnichannel integration to enhance customer experience and sales.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in managing D2C and eCommerce businesses for premium fashion, apparel, or luxury brands.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in the D2C space.
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing, CRM, SEO, and eCommerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and P&L management.
- Experience in setting up and scaling D2C eCommerce infrastructure.
- Deep analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building abilities.
- Passion for fashion, luxury, and building brands in the digital-first era.
