We are opening up hiring for a Marketing Lead/Manager - Kitchen Appliances Category at our Mumbai location, and we move quick :)

1. Industry : FMCG/FMCD

2. Open to work from Mumbai HO

3. Relevant marketing experience of new product development, brand development & brand deployment

4. College : 2015 - 17 passouts from MBA tier 1 / Top B schools

5. General Trade sales experience and customer/trade marketing experience is a plus

What will you be doing ?

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives for your assigned category.

2. Identify market trends, consumer insights, shopper behavior, internal business imperatives to evaluate the size of opportunities, drive growth and channel-wise volume projections

3.identify, capture and work on NPD along with R&D for delivering and launching new products in market

4. Prepare Channel specific brand communication brief detailing the need for category communication, priority market, and target segment for the communication.

5. Coordinate with Sales, R&D, creative, and media agencies to launch NPDs, increase brand awareness and market share.

6. Develop L3F assets (POS materials, visibility, merchandise) and work with field marketing managers and trade teams to ensure effective & timely execution.
