Job Title: E-Commerce Manager
Job Description:
Atomberg is for hiring an E-Commerce Manager based out of Mumbai headquarters. This role demands expertise in account management, compliance, and data analysis, along with a strong focus on optimizing our product presence and performance on E-commerce Platform. This role is essential for enhancing our e-commerce performance, and the ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic insight, account management experience, operational excellence, data analysis and a customer-focused mindset.
Qualifications:
- Proven 1-2 years' experience in e-commerce management, specifically with Amazon platform and Vendor Central.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Amazon's terms of service and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Expertise:
- Navigate Amazon and Vendor Central efficiently, managing listing optimization, performance tracking, and coupon promotion generation.
Account Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with both internal teams (Supply Chain, Finance) and external stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Amazon's policies and compliance standards to avoid penalties and suspensions.
Strategic Planning:
- Employ a primary and secondary driven mindset for effective planning and execution.
- Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and sustain market share.
Negotiation Skills:
- Utilize advanced negotiation techniques to secure favorable terms with suppliers.
Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:
- Address challenges proactively, ensuring smooth operations and effective conflict resolution.
Product Listing Optimization:
- Utilize keyword research and Amazon SEO strategies to enhance product visibility and performance, including brand store management and A+ content.
Pricing and Inventory Management:
- Manage pricing strategies and forecast future expenses to optimize profitability.
- Forecast demand and manage stock levels to prevent out-of-stock scenarios and minimize excess inventory costs.
Performance Monitoring:
- Oversee dashboard management, data analysis, and reporting to evaluate category performance.
- Analyze customer ratings and reviews, implementing necessary actions to improve the shopping experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Interact with various departments to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives.
- Manage the product portfolio and make data-driven decisions for scaling initiatives.
