Job Title: Manager - Performance Management
Location: Mumbai
Department: Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the performance management system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage the entire performance evaluation process, including setting scorecards / goals, facilitating regular performance check-ins.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure consistency and fairness in performance ratings and feedback.
- Provide training and support to managers and employees on performance management system.
- Track metrics to measure the effectiveness of the performance management system.
Total Rewards Strategy:
- Design and implement the company's total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits and incentives.
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive positioning of compensation and benefits packages.
- Oversee salary structure design, job evaluations, and pay scale reviews.
- Develop variable pay philosophy aligned with company performance.
- Monitor trends in benefits and recommend enhancements to ensure alignment with employee needs and market standards.
Annual Increment Cycle:
- Lead the planning and execution of the annual increment and compensation review cycle.
- Provide guidance and support to HRBPs / function heads in salary increase decisions, ensuring compliance with company policy and fairness.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies regarding compensation and benefits.
- Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on the effectiveness of performance management and reward programs.
