Purpose: The purpose of the role is to drive strategic HR initiatives, ensuring effective performance management, workforce planning, and data-driven decision-making to enhance organizational effectiveness within the school ecosystem
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
- Design, implement, and manage the performance management process to drive a high-performance culture for our school ecosystem.
- Ensure periodic performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and employee development plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align performance standards and expectations with our larger organization objective.
Manpower Planning:
- Lead the annual manpower planning exercise to ensure workforce needs align with business growth across our schools.
- Analyze current and future staffing needs, considering business expansion, attrition rates, and skill gaps.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast talent needs.
- Periodically reconcile the budgeted versus the actual headcount
Policy, Rewards & Analytics:
- Build, review, and update HR policies to reflect organizational values and new-age practices.
- Drive initiatives to assess market benchmarking for our schools on compensation and other benefits.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, performance metrics and compensation parity.
- Identify key HR metrics and support data-driven decision-making to enhance organizational performance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA in Human Resources from a Tier 1 B-School
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, specifically in Performance Management, Manpower Planning, and HR Policy development.
- Experience with HR Analytics and leveraging data for strategic decisions.
- Exposure to Organization Effectiveness projects is a plus.
