In this role you will...
- Lead the planning and execution of our annual compensation cycle, bonus payouts, and other programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor by partnering with Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners on compensation matters, conducting benchmarking analysis, and recommending compensation packages for new and existing roles.
- Lead participation in compensation surveys, including Radford and Comptryx.
- Conduct market analysis to assess and update salary ranges.
- Perform financial modeling and cost analysis for current and proposed total rewards programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with business partners to drive process improvements, ensuring compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, and compliant.
- Serve as a point of contact for answering compensation-related questions from employees.
- Research and ensure company compliance with local laws governing compensation practices.
- Support benefits and total rewards initiatives, including employee data reporting for benefit plan renewals.
- Uphold data security and privacy practices.
You've got what it takes if you have...
- 5+ years of experience in a compensation role.
- Knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and compliance requirements, including experience with global and India compensation practices, and familiarity with Radford or Comptryx compensation surveys.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Strong detail orientation and focus on accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and with quality.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
