Ecommerce Manager- US/International Market
About the role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-commerce Manager to lead the sales efforts for our IQ PowerPack line of products.
- This individual will be the sole owner of online revenue and responsible for driving digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms and channels, managing our Amazon Seller Central account, and developing a robust keyword-based content strategy.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, with a proven track record of achieving aggressive sales and revenue targets.
What you will do:
Digital Campaign Management for our Online Store:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Search 360, Display & Video 360, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and performance.
- Own and optimize input metrics such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CR), and Customer Value Rate (CVR).
- Be end-to-end responsible for sales and revenue targets.
Social Media Marketing:
- Create and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Support social media efforts with a solid keyword-based content strategy.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns on YouTube, with a focus on creating viral content.
Amazon Seller Central Management:
- Manage both Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) methods.
- Run high-impact Amazon ads and optimize listings for better visibility and sales.
- Monitor key metrics such as OTDR (Order to Delivery Ratio) and CR (Conversion Rate).
- Set up Amazon listings end-to-end, ensuring all aspects of product listing are covered.
- Bonus points for experience listing products classified as dangerous goods.
- Manage operational metrics including inventory management, coordination with warehouse, and customer support teams.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Set up an analytics backbone to support data-driven decision-making without breaking the bank.
Competitive analysis:
- Stay on top of competitive trends and perform detailed competitive analysis once a month.
- Detailed analysis of the top five competitors, including their market share, sales, revenue, units shipped, new product additions, and other relevant metrics.
Operational Excellence:
- Work in a high-pressure, ambiguous environment with minimal support.
- Take ownership of e-commerce operations and drive results independently.
Performance Review Processes:
- Set clear performance goals and KPIs, establish and maintain a regular performance review process for yourself.
- Proactively communicate the underperforming areas and the steps you've taken to address that.
- Implement improvement plans and professional development opportunities based on review outcomes
Who you are and what you bring:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree from top tier Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and / or MBA from top tier Indian Institute of Management (IIM).
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of core e-commerce and digital marketing experience.
- Minimum 10 years of overall work experience.
- Proven experience in managing digital campaigns and social media marketing.
- Extensive experience with Amazon Seller Central and running Amazon ads.
- Experience setting up Amazon listings end-to-end, covering all aspects of product listing.
- Bonus points for experience listing products classified as dangerous goods.
- Demonstrated success in previous ad campaigns, delivering a ROAS of 15 or higher.
- Experience in taking a new product from 0 to 1.
- Experience with marketing on YouTube and a track record of creating viral campaigns.
Skills:
- Expertise in Google Ads, Search 360, Display & Video 360, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics such as OTDR, CTR, CR, and CVR.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work long hours and be available for early morning and late-night meetings to align with US timings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion software.
