Job Description
- The candidate should have good hands on working experience in SAP SCM.
- The candidate would be responsible in developing SAP solution and POV in area of SAP SCM.
- As an architect the candidate should have strong configuration knowledge and experience in developing customized solution on SAP SCM( APO-DP, SPP, SNC, SNP, GATP) with in-depth understanding of master data.
- Expert knowledge on SAP APO Demand Planning, DP Set up, forecast profiles, interactive planning, DP integration with BW and integration with SAP PPDS.
- Good knowledge on supply chain structures in SAP SCM locations, PDS, transportation lanes, hierarchies is a desirable .
- Must have hands on experience in APO DP and experience in resolving complex issues related to DP Master Data various PPDS Planning Process Net change planning, Campaign planning Block planning, PPDS Heuristics Optimizer experience on DS Planning Board, Product View, Production Planning table and experience on Sub Contracting scenario, exposure to various DP customizations.
- Knowledge of statistical forecasting models, interactive planning, Promotion Planning, New Product Introduction, Lifecycle Planning, planning books macros alerts, APOs BW objects - Info cubes / Data Stores, Transfer Structure, Process Chain, Integration with SAP BW SNP is essential.
- Should have experience on SAP APO DP implementation/ roll outs and development Professional Experience.
- The candidate should have knowledge on standard Planning methods used in SNP like Heuristics, in the heuristics different types of heuristics is available which are Location, Network, and Multi Level Heuristics, Deployment run, standard master data is maintained in the product master, i.e. Deployment Profile in that Push distribution, Faire Share rule, deployment horizon, TLB (Transport Load Builder) in order to flow the requirements to the OLTP system., CIF integration Model.
- The candidate should be experienced knowledgeable in defining system s strategies / requirements, prototyping, testing, training implementing practical business solutions.
- He should have experience in leading presales workshops, Proof of Concept, Blueprint sessions with cross functional teams.
- Skilled in managing project timeline, budget and client expectations. Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- SAP and other industry certification would be an advantage.

Minimum Q ualifications / Skills
Technical
- R elevant year s hands on implementation/delivery experience with S4 hana products and solutions like Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience clouds
- Working knowledge of S4 Hana implementation.
- Ability to think critically with an attention to detail to craft demo scripts and assist in client meetings.
- S4 Hana certification is mandatory
- Ability to understand and explain related technical issues, and skills related to working and resolving problems in customer accounts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will spend a good part of their time in verbal one-on-one and one-to-many situations discussing a technical approach to solving a customer issue.
Non-Technical qualifications
- Bachelor s degree / Graduates from a recognized university with work experience of relevant years .
- Relevant years of experience working in a Technology consulting, professional services firm with fluency in understanding of engagement and commercial models.
- A bility to perform well in exciting complex environments, working well under pressure, and prioritizing within tight deadlines
- Good presentation, influencing and interpersonal skills - both face to face and on phone / net conferencing
- Experience and expertise across the Supply Chain and Order to Cash process areas including Sales Planning, Sales Execution, Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Planning, Channel Planning, Promotion Planning, Promotion Execution, Merchandising, Sales Asset Management, Order Management, Sales Execution, Trade Payments, Deductions Management and Collections would be a big plus
