Job Description
- Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements.
- Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
- Work with development and support leads to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage.
- Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that adhere to organizational and legal standards and allow for easy data migration.
- Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with consistent voice across all documentation.
- Lead multiple implementation projects across verticals.
- Develop and review project plan, milestones and delivery.
- Lead solution discussion for Solution architect
- Participate in Steerco meetings.
- Preparation of weekly and Monthly reports
- Manage Escalations
- Provide guidance to Delivery Managers and project teams
- Team handling and issue resolution.
- Any Graduation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter
- Writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences
- Good written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant experience in F&A domain
- Knowledge to High Radius tool is a must , should have managed multiple implementations of Highradius or have worked as Solution architect for the Highradius tool.
- Program Management knowledge including working on tools like MS project etc.
- Candidates with rich exp. in Implementation, preferably High-radius
- Experience in leading multiple projects, along with great Stakeholder Management & Communication skills
- Exp. in end-to-end lifecycle management & implementation
- Can look at candidates with Accounts Receivable experience + Implementation + digital (preferable)
- Can do the solutioning of High Radius
- Customer Interaction Skills
- Must have strong domain and operations experience in OTC domain.
- Excellent MS office skills
- Working knowledge of ERPs like Oracle, SAP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, appropriate for Executive level communication
