- Spare Part set up in Oracle .
- Item attributes update and cost submission
- Ensure Item is transactable in all the globally.
- Track Oracle shipments made to the warehouses.
- Workflow maintenance
- M onitor ing of asset creation request via a queue in ERP.
- Data extract ion in excel
- Hands-on knowledge on ERP ( SAP, SFDC Oracle ) is a plus.
- Implement lean.
- Train the new hire for the Processing.
- Update SOP of the Process on Quarterly Basis.
- Dashboard data update.
- Should be able to work on MS office tools .
- Strictly follow SOP adhere to frequent changes.
- Ready to take extra initiatives within team.
- Should be able to adapt the changes.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies.
- Respond to customer query through email , calls.
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
- Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
- Responsible to showcase s trong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.
Qualification we seek in you
- Bachelor s degree in any stream.
- Strong communication interpersonal skills .
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively .
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy .
- Proficient in using MS Office .
- Advanced excel would be preferred.
- Ability to work collaborat ively in a team.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills .

Other than work, there and n number of trainings which will be help for career.
No proper or quick response from HR .. worst support system.. No proper project training but they expect to learn asap and get into handson. No proper facility to employees like say no proper cab facility, cafeteria food etc..
