In this role, you ll engage with technology partners to drive delivery of requirements as Business Analyst with expertise domain knowledge in HR and SuccessFactors.
Responsibilities
Work independently with users to understand the biz requirements.
Convert the biz requirements to user stories
To engage with technology partners to drive delivery of requirements in an agile delivery methodology.
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
To interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Domain knowledge on HR and SuccessFactors.
Extensive Business Analysis background, keen attention to detail
Extensive experience in collaborating across businesses/functions and project teams
Proficient in MS Excel, confident in structuring and tracking data in spreadsheets
Proficient in using MS PowerPoint, strong communication and presentation skills
Curious and not afraid to ask questions
Exposure to GenAI tools is a plus (more a nice-to-haver than a must-have. We need core BA competencies more than AI skills.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Knowledge in HR processes and HR SuccessFactors modules preferred
