Responsibilities:

• Onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitoring and evaluating employee performance.
• Identifying training needs and skills gaps.
• Managing payroll and ensuring timely.
• Review and update benefits packages to remain competitive.
• Maintain and update employee handbooks and policies.
• Conduct audits to ensure HR processes meet compliance standards.
• Creating strategies to retain top talent.
• Leverage technology to improve HR processes and reporting.
• Recognizing and rewarding employee achievements.

Qualifications:

• Mid-Level Roles: 35 years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor or master degree in business administration, human resources management or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication.
• Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to lead teams and manage change.
• Problem-Solving: Resolving workplace conflicts and challenges.
• Analytical Skills: Workforce analytics and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of Labor Laws: Understanding compliance and regulations.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Emotional Intelligence: Empathy and understanding for employee needs.
